How can I create a manual shipment at Circle.us?

Circle.us allows you to have one account, one bill, all carriers with deep discounts. The labels you created from Circle.us are nothing different from FedEx.com or UPS.com. To ship packages, you just need to drop them off at a corresponding carrier’s or contact us to schedule a pickup for you.

 

Let us guide you to create a shipment through every step.

 

Step 1: Create a manual order. Please go to Orders>My Orders>Create Order(s).

 

Enter the info required and click on Save & Ship.

Step 2: Choose the shipper’s address, enter your package info, choose the carrier you wish to ship with and click on Add Funds & Create Label if you haven’t added any credits yet. Now you will be able to create the first domestic shipment or multiple-piece domestic shipment.

 

Step 3: For an international shipment, please pay close attention to Customs section. The description, quantity, weight and price are required.

If the total value of highest-valued commodity exceeds $2500, it is most likely that you need to select Pre-Departure ITN option and enter an ITN#.

If you need us to file an EEI for you, please fill out the attached EEI Form and send it to support@circle.us.

We will file the EEI and get the ITN number as soon as your provide us with the necessary information. Please note that we will charge $25 handling fee per shipment from your circle.us account after we file the EEI.
