If you choose UPS express services to ship your package, and UPS did not deliver your shipment by the guaranteed date, please contact us. We will dispute with UPS for the shipping charges.
Please note that refund requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days of the scheduled delivery date. According to the protocol with FedEx, unfortunately FedEx services are not guaranteed.
If the final charge of your shipment is incorrect, we can contact with carriers to request the shipping charge adjustment. Please provide us the necessary information as below:
- The zip code of ship from and ship to address （for incorrect zone）
- The drop off receipt or picture of your packaging dimensions as proof of actual weight or dimensions (for incorrect weight/dimensions)
